How do I return an item? You may return any purchase for a complete refund within 15 days of receipt. Call us at 512-788-5427, or email us at returns@worldwideaudiobooks.com to initiate a return. We will also replace any defective or damaged individual CD or other media free for a period of 90 days. Call us and we will send you a replacement and a postage-paid envelope for your return. Just return the defective CD or media; no need to return the whole package. |
